Following is an outline of the process of acquiring, verifying, and including incredible testimonials on your website.
As a part of our service you can have your customers link to a survey within your account that is designed to generate positive feedback in the form of testimonials. You can have a link on site that leads to the survey, and/or simply send an email as follow
up to all of your customers.
This way you control the testimonials that are included in your profile.
For the testimonials that are generated that you want included just let us know and once it’s verified it will appear in your profile
and widget. What's a widget?
We provide an incredibly simple and effective method for getting feedback from your current and past customers. Once you set up your
account you simply choose the questions you want included in your survey/feedback form - including the ability to customize your own - and
direct your customers to this survey via a link on your website and/or email. When they take the survey everything else is automated: the survey results/testimonials that you choose to include in your profile will automatically appear on your widget, facebook page, yelp!, and any other resources you choose. All of this is up to you and you are in complete control of where the reviews are published.
So, you can manage your entire account with automatic code generators that means all you have to do is simply copy and paste during set up
and you’re done. No coding knowledge necessary. And just a one time setup (with the ability to change settings if you desire). After that the
only thing you have to do is decide which testimonials you want included in your profile.
